I am here for the love of our four legged family members and to help you out when life becomes a little too busy. Your four legged friends will be in good hands with me, as I am certified in pet CPR and First Aid. I have graduated from Animal Behaviour College for Dog training and am a certified dog trainer! All of my techniques for dealing with dogs, regardless as to what I am doing, is force free. I do not enforce punishments or corrections. I will correct a problem behaviour by showing and allowing the dog to offer me a more preferred one before I give them what they are wanting. For example if a dog wants attention and jumps up, I would simply turn my back to them, and not speak to them (unless they know a command already for getting down of course) until they stop doing it and have all 4 paws in the floor. Then I would calmly pet and reward them for offering me a more polite behaviour. When it comes to walking your dog(s), I will most often be going to a dog park. All parks that I go to are completely fenced, making it easier on everyone for even the dogs with questionable recall. When checking in on your pets at home, I will play fun games with them, such as hide and treat, and fetch. I can even help with simple obedience and manners, or some fun little tricks that you may be working on.
