I’m the friend that leaves events to go home to her dogs lol. My passion and love for animals is unmatched. They’re so innocent and deserve all the love and attention in the world and I’m here to give it. I’m also a foster for The Hero Rescue and the events coordinator. I’ve fostered 6 week old puppies and up as well as senior dogs and special needs dogs. I’ve also fostered fearful and anxious dogs and have worked with a trainer and have lots of strategies to use! I grew up with dogs my whole life and I have two of my own that I care for daily. I have a whole basement dedicated to dog sitting and love taking walks with dogs. I’m a snuggler so I allow dogs on my furniture and to sleep in bed with me, but also respect crate trained dogs. I also love training and teaching pups new tricks as I have with my own dogs since I rescued them.

Sarah is great!!! One of our boys is nervous in new places and she say with him and made him feel very comfy. We felt likes the boys were in amazing hands and would recommend her to everyone!!!
We’ve used Sarah for day care and overnight boarding multiple times this summer. Our dog really seems to enjoy his time with Sarah and her pups. Definitely recommend Sarah!
Sarah thankfully was available last minute to look after our old man. He was comfy, fed, loved and protected the entire time. 10/10 would recommend and plan to rebook when we need her next. Thank you Sarah!
I highly recommend Sarah! This was the first time leaving our rescue pup for more than a day so we were naturally a bit nervous. Sarah seemed to treat our dog like her own and she allowed him to warm up to her at his own pace. Her communication was great and we really enjoyed the regular adorable pics of our pup and his new BFF (Dougie 🐶) . We would / will hire Sarah again.

Schedule
As a teacher I have a lot of flexibility in the summer since my schedule is pretty wide open! When I’m back at work I’m still available to board dogs and have crates for any crate trained dogs, allow the dog to roam free if that is what they’re used to, or I have a finished basement that is gated off with a couch, dog beds, toys, bowls, etc. that the dog can stay in while I’m at work. I’m also off during the holidays and have availability then as well. Throughout the year I am still available but work during the week. I’m home most weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
I will always abide to my clients requests and ensure I respect their wishes and demands as I am caring for their pets. I have an entire basement that is gated off where dogs can play, sleep and stay if clients wish or their dogs may interact upstairs with my own dogs. Kiko and Koa are social and calm and get along great with other dogs. They typically just lay around all day. I just recently adopted Dougie in Jan 2025. He’s a playful pup and the best boy!

A typical day
I love enrichment activities aside from normal walks and play. Enrichment is so great for their mental and physical well being. After some good playtime we will snuggle on the couch :)
