I am very active, so I regularly go for walks, runs, and hikes where I will take dogs with me. I also enjoy downtime to read a book or watch a movie in the evening while cuddled up to a furry friend. I have two courses for dental school that occupy me several hours a week but other than that I spend a lot of time caring for your furry friends.

I am very flexible with caring for dogs. Pets are allowed on furniture in my home but if a client asks to keep them off for training purposes, I have no problem abiding by their house rules. I am good at reading dogs emotions and am fully capable of walking and/or pet sitting more reactive dogs. I grew up with very affectionate dogs so I love cuddles and kisses from furry friends!

Let me know if any accommodations and energy level of your dog ahead of time! Also give some advance on excessive shedding so I can cover any furniture I can’t get too furry. I don’t have any preferences for breeds and can make any accommodations necessary (within reason).
A typical day
I live by Lincoln Park, so I typically take dogs for runs and walks once a day in the park and depending on the energy level of the dog, I can take them on several more walks or runs throughout the day. There are several smaller parks by me that are great for throwing balls.

I am a student dedicated to providing your pet with exceptional care and to have a fun time! I am very patient, compassionate, and loving with any pet. I am always looking for an adventure whether it’s outdoor or indoors. I have owned dogs my whole life and I currently have an English Cocker Spaniel. I have dog sat on several occasions, as well as walked dogs for friends and family. I can train dogs basic skills such as sitting, responding to their name, and rolling over. I am also an athlete, so if you would prefer I take your dog for a run or throw a ball for them, I am able to do so! I will be taking any customer modifications seriously. Since I am a student, my weekday availability isn’t always flexible, but I try my best to move things around to be accommodating.

Evie had a great day with Sarah ! She went for a really long walk which is a real treat for her. Sarah was wonderful with Evie and took very good care of her which we appreciate. Evie was a tired and happy dog when she got home. We definitely will take Evie to Sarah’s again next time we need day care ! Thank you Sarah !!
Sarah was so great with my anxious boy! He seems to have taken to her pretty quickly and she was also so flexible with my chaotic weekend plans
Sarah was absolutely wonderful with our pup CJ. She is very comfortable and experienced with animals. We were also sent the cutest photos and super thoughtful updates. Can’t wait to have CJ back with Sarah again!
Sarah is a very responsible, hard working and determined. She also loves dogs, all types, and they lover her! She makes friends with dogs where ever she goes and they always love her. Sarah is a great dog sitter, and she will take very good care of your dog as well as your home.
