I appreciate Sarah for taking care of my dog while I was away. She was polite and my pup was safe, which I’m grateful for. That said, I personally felt a bit anxious during the stay due to the limited and vague updates. I only received a few photos, and they were sent at random times each day. While everything turned out okay, the communication style just didn’t give me the peace of mind I was hoping for. I think this might work fine for other pet parents with different expectations, but for me, I’d prefer a sitter who provides more consistent and detailed updates.

I cannot say enough good things about Sarah! This was the very first time my Shih Tzu Bella had ever been watched overnight or left with someone new, and I was honestly a bit nervous. From the moment they met, I could tell my Bella was in great hands. She provided excellent care, sent regular photos and text updates, and went above and beyond to make sure my little one felt safe and loved. When I picked Bella up, he was so happy and it was clear she had truly bonded with her. I’m so grateful to have found someone so kind, trustworthy, and attentive. Highly recommend! We already booked for another date!
