I currently work a part-time job, but often get scheduled full-time hours. I usually work between the hours of 8 and 6:30, so I can do night checks on my work days. My guaranteed days off are Monday and Tuesday, and I could complete as many drop ins as needed to keep your fur baby happy and healthy!

I want to make sure that your baby stays comfortable, especially with a stranger coming into the home. I am very well versed on animal behaviour and body language, so I will never rush or force an interaction. I plan to follow the same schedule that you would as an owner, so that their schedule remains the same, even without a family member present. I will also make sure that the pet parents are staying updated with photos and messages throughout the day to maintain trust and communication!

Let me know if there are any specific behaviors or concerns I should look out for. I mentioned before, but if I am walking a dog, I prefer to stick to smaller breeds unless they are well mannered on leash. If it is just a drop in or similar, I am happy with any size of dog!

I love to play games and create enrichment opportunities for pets! I am open to hearing how your pet likes to have fun, as every animal is different. I pride myself on providing individual care to each animal I look after. I want both the owner and pet to feel comfortable and safe, while also ensuring safety and happiness of the animal and myself.

Pet care experience
With over 4 years of professional dog handling/training experience, I aim to keep your furry friend safe and happy! Before we get to my experience, I just want to mention that I am wheelchair bound, so I prefer to stick to walking smaller dogs unless they are well-mannered on a leash! The size of animal is not a concern if a walk is not a requirement! For drop ins, it would require a mostly accessible entrance into the home. I can do a single small step, but otherwise zero-entry would be the most ideal! I have worked alongside a dog trainer who also offers boarding services for the past 4 years, I have volunteered for many animal shelters, including Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando for 2 years, I have been training my own dogs for the past 14 years, including training my current service dog, and I have previously shadowed veterinarians in a clinic environment. I absolutely love both dogs and cats, and I can assure you that they will be in great hands! I truly can’t wait to get in touch with you and meet your fur baby!!
