I've taken care of pets for my entire life, starting with my sweetest friend and playmate Dixie, our lab growing up. Since then, I've watched multiple dogs for friends and family over the years while they were on vacation and have loved every minute. There's something so very special about the bond you develop with pets, especially dogs! I've had plenty of experience caring for every age range of dog from puppies to seniors and love the different stages. I've had lots of experience giving medication to dogs as well when needed. We currently own a wonderful rescue pup ourselves, Cinder, who is my best friend and constant active companion.

Sarah was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of our dog and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. She sent photo and video updates every day, which we loved! It was so nice to see how happy and well cared for our pup was. Sarah was reliable, caring, and clearly loves animals. We would definitely recommend her and will happily use her again in the future!

Schedule
I am generally home all day currently unless I need to run a quick trip to the store. I do occasionally have house cleaning jobs for a few hours a day at most but have flexibility enough to spend lots of time loving on pups and getting their needs met.

Safety, trust & environment
Our home has both an unfenced huge front yard great for running around in, sniffing, and playing fetch and a fenced back yard with lots of shade available. We've also got a great dead end road to take long walks down during the day! Every dog we've had visit for playdates with Cinder has gone home worn out with a huge, happy grin on his or her face. We love dogs in this house and would love to spend time loving on your pup! If needed, we do have both a medium and a large crate if you want your pup to be crated at any point during his or her stay with us. Lots of great activity time and long, comfy nap time provided in our cozy home! We do own cats and chickens (stay in their coop and run) as well. Your pup will be thrilled to come hang out here, and I'm happy to provide quick and clear communication and plenty photos of your pup having a blast! As long as you leave me great instructions, I am happy to fulfill whatever you need done to ensure your pup has a great time!

A typical day
We'll play plenty of games for both physical and mental stimulation. We also have a great place to take long walks with lots of good sniffing just off our road. If your dog is a napper, we'll provide lots of great time to snuggle and nap!
