Loving family home for your furbaby
Hello, fellow fur-parent! We are a family with 2 kids and our own furbaby. We understand firsthand how hard it is to find a trusted, loving home for your dog when you’re traveling, so we want to be an option for fur-parents like ourselves. Your pup will be in good hands while you are away! We are located in Ingleside Terraces, with a nice fenced in yard with turf, and are a block away from a large grassy neighborhood park. We work from home, so we can give your pup the 1:1 attention they deserve (as well as frequent potty breaks, walks, etc). The main floor of the house is pretty large and gets lots of sun. We prefer hosting low-shedding dogs <25 lbs who are well-behaved and used to children (and of course we will always be vigilant parents). Our kids are very good with dogs and do not antagonize or pull ears/tails. We can have a short meet-n-greet for new clients at our neighborhood park to ensure we are a good fit for your pup!

I can’t recommend Sarah and Andrew enough! They took absolutely amazing care of our dog Remi. They were so intentional and caring, taking him on walks and sending us regular picture updates. Remi also got to play with their adorable dog Goji and their lovely kiddos. He had a blast and felt right at home in their cozy house. Overall, they went above and beyond, and I’d give them a ten out of ten! We’d definitely trust them with Remi again.
We trust Sarah and Andrew to watch our 7 yo bernedoodle when we travel. Bailey loves Goji and they get along really well. We have kids, so we wanted Bailey to feel she was with a family. Sarah sends us updates throughout the day so we always know Bailey is in good hands.
Sarah and her family provided such kind, loving care for my doodle! We’ve had some bad boarding experiences, where Libby comes home acting strange, but she was perfectly happy this time! Sarah proactively provided daily updates, photos and videos. She was also very communicative and asked very good questions about how to care for Libby, which showed me she really knows how to take good care of dogs and treats them as family.

Schedule
We work from home, so are always around for scratches and cuddles. We take our dog out on daily walks or for ball-time at a nearby grassy park. Let us know your pup's schedule and we are happy to accommodate. I send frequent (multiple-times a day) photos so you have peace of mind.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a 4yo spayed goldendoodle (25 lbs) who is very friendly and gentle with our young children. We have pet/baby-gates in place in case we ever need to separate the dogs. We keep a tidy home and do not feed our children foods that are toxic to dogs. We have a fenced-in yard with turf. We would treat your pup like ours, but happy to follow any specific rules/routine you would like us to.

A typical day
We'll play chase/ball with your pup in the yard and take them out to the local park for fun outdoor time. We have plenty of chew toys in the house. Our dog loves looking for squirrels, birds and cats from the windows.
