I can most likely set up a meet-up within 1 or 2 days after first contact and we can usually start the day after (my rather flexible schedule permitted :) ). The meet-up is something I regard as important, and as lovely or chill your pup might be, please understand that I will not drop in on a doggie that has never met me. Please note that my latest drop-in/walk start time would be 5pm.

While I love dogs of all sizes, I find it best to limit my care to small and medium dogs at the moment, so I can account for all aspects -like having to carry or lift- in case it becomes necessary. For drop ins especially, I might have to decline if you have certain other pets because of allergies. These are Guinea pigs and some cats, though many cats are ok or no issue even. We would evaluate that at the meet-up. Very important: Please let me know if your dog has any conditions, special needs or behaviors, so I know what to account for. Please note that I cannot provide care for a dog that has aggressive behavior tendencies. I am all for transparency and will tell you if I weren’t able to provide for something, so you’ll find the best fit for your doggo.

I see a walk not only as potty-time, but also as exercise and mental stimulation - smell-tracing is so good for their brains. So you can be sure that I’ll not doomscroll meanwhile, but will pay my full attention to your pet.

I am a dog lover who has had the pleasure to spend some quality rover time with a few doggies here and in the 2 years prior in Augusta. Before that, I helped out a neighbor (in Germany) with occasionally walking and looking in on his dog, and volunteered for walks at a local shelter there as well. Wouldn’t ever miss cuddling all of my friends‘ puppers. While it might not translate fully to furries, I have extensive professional experience with elementary school kids and had recurring outings with my friends‘ toddler before our move to the US. I hope this knowledge helps you trust that I am a responsible - and playful! - caretaker.
