I love getting all the little details about your pet ahead of time — favorite toys, funny quirks, routines, nicknames, fears, allergies, or anything else that helps them feel comfortable. Every animal has their own personality, and I try to make sure they feel as normal, loved, and stress-free as possible while you’re gone. I want to make sure your pet feels cared for in a way that works best for them.
Ein typischer Tag
Every pet is a little different, so I like to match their vibe! For energetic dogs, I’m always happy to do long walks, play fetch, explore parks and trails, or let them sniff every interesting thing in the neighborhood. For more low-key pets, I’m equally happy hanging out on the couch, giving belly rubs, and keeping them company so they feel relaxed and safe while you’re away.

Hi, my name is Sarah -- I am 28 and grew up in Virginia with dogs and horses my whole life, and as such, have been sitting for friends' and family's animals (and kids!) since high school. Upon leaving Virginia, I missed having pets of my own, so always love the opportunity to take care of others' fur friends when they need. I work fully remotely, so while I cannot board at my place, I am easily able to stay at yours for in-house pet sitting, as well as come for as many drop-ins, or take your dog(s) out for as many walks as they want, throughout the day! I have experience watching all sizes of dogs, and up to as many as four (large!) dogs of all ages (plus some cats) at once, so I am likely to be comfortable with whatever combination you have in your home!

Sarah is the absolute best with my pup, Poppy! She is incredibly responsible and Poppy gets so excited to see her. She always sends detailed updates when I'm not home. I would trust Sarah any time!
Sarah is absolutely fantastic! She has been an animal lover her whole life and treats every animal like it’s her own. My dogs absolutely adore her! I can’t think of anyone better to care for and love your furry family members while you’re away. Travel can be stressful, but with Sarah taking care of your pets, you have one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend!!
