I work mostly from home and have a quiet fall and winter schedule so would be around for the duration of the visit. Your pup will be part of the family! If they like car rides we are the people for that or snuggles on the couch with a good book. Your dog would be well cared for!

Yours would be the only dog at our house and have our undivided attention . We have a large yard for quick trips outside on leash and close to parks and trails for longer walks. Depending on the activity level they can even sun bathe on the back deck!

A typical day
I will make your dog at home! I will enjoy going for walks playing with other dogs in the area. If car rides are a must we can do that too! I want your pet to have the absolute best time. If they are high energy they will even get another couple of runs a day at nearby park!

Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs from playful pup to senior dog with multiple needs. We have boarded dogs for weekends or monthly trips. I send along dog photos of the places we go and people we meet. We have two teenage boys at home that love having a companion. We had a mixed breed dog for 15 years, while I miss her terribly I think having some dogs in our lives would be amazing! I am always up for a walk, play or cuddle. I have experience with bathing, taken obedience classes and dispensing medication.

We were very nervous about leaving our 11 week old puppy for the 1st time with a sitter. I am so happy that we found Sara, she was great with our pup, and we left there feeling very secure with our choice. She sent us an update picture and little note that Maddie had done her business had a drink and was having a great time finding sticks in her garden. Maddie was a happy puppy when we picked her up. I would not hesitate to book with Sara again.

Sara is trustworthy, reliable, fun, and she loves dogs! My Lily didn’t want to leave her place after staying with Sara for a month while I was away for work. Lily had the best trail walks, belly rubs and snuggles. Sara is amazing!
Sara and her family are so loving! My dog Zack never wants to leave! He gets his exercise and I love getting the photos from their days spent together outside. Would highly recommend
