Sara took good care of. Charlie. He seemed content and happy when we came home. Same way we left him

Pros: Sara was very polite in all our conversations and kept the house clean. Cons: She did not follow our feeding or care instructions. Especially, our condition was not to leave my 2 pups alone for more than 4 hours, and she was out for close to 7hours with absolutely no communications. I had to ask my neighbor to check-in on my pups and feed them dinner, and turn on lights. Sara did not keep me updated, share pics on her own. I had to constantly msg here and ask how they were doing! She also did not clean up after my pups either & l had to clean the feces lying around for the entire 2 days stay. Lastly, she changed the thermostat to heat without checking with us. I learnt about it from my neighbor who found my house warmer and my pups panting when she stopped by in the evening to feed the pups. This is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend Sara to anyone to anyone looking for pet sitting services, especially for dogs as they do need affection & care.

Sara T. Has watched our 2 dogs at least 5 times over the last 6 months and they (dogs) and us could not be happier with her performance. She is punctual, engaged with the dogs, caring, kind, provides updates when asked and understanding of how to handle the nuances of our 2 dogs a puppy and 10 year old. We HIGHLY Recommend Sara T.

We have used Sara multiple times to watch our two dogs in our home, she's always prompt, responsive, responsible and awesome with the dogs. Truly a fantastic dog sitter!

Sara is an easy going person with attention to detail. She listened carefully and appeared to grasp the personalities of my dog and cat after meeting them once. Although this was our first time Sara took care of the animals I felt confident about her dog and cat sitting skills and didn’t worry about them at all while we were away.
