Wile you enjoy your vacation let your pets have a fun filled farm vacation of their own! 15 acres of fenced pasture with a creek, and lots of new adventures with horses, chickens and other doggy friends. I’m a large animal vet tech and my husband is a large and small animal vet. We run a solo practice from the house. I have been pet sitting for about 8 years. We run a dog training business on the property teaching group and private lessons. Our property is 15 acres fenced with horses, reptiles, and small animals. Your pet is not just a guest in my home we treat them as family and incorporate them in our every day activities. I work hard to keep a clean, safe and fun environment . The difference between us and other sitters; we are licensed! You will not receive a call asking you to come pick you dog up, we will work with whatever happens when your dog is here many dogs act completely different from at home when boarding they may bark, cry, chew we will handle anything and use distraction methods to help calm them down wile other sitters may have neighbors that complain and you get a call asking to pick them up. Our house opens right up to 15 fenced acres so no need for walking, the sliding door is always open so they can go right out to play or come in and sit on couch.

Sara is great! She was very easy to communicate with and took great care of my dog. I hadn’t used a pet sitter from an app before, so I was a bit wary, but Sara was very nice and answered all of my questions. My dog came back tired and happy!

Schedule
Dog boarding is my full time job, I sometimes go to lunch with a friend but then am home and playing with the dogs. We are cage free unless you crate your dog at home, have cameras all over house and yard so can always see what is going on even if I’m attending to something else in the home.

We have a fully fenced yard that we can divide into 5 3 acre yards. We introduce dogs very slowly instead of dog park mentality of just throwing them together. Each dog gets individual attention and care to make sure if others are here they can get along.
A typical day
We have a large 15 acre fenced yard with creek that I supervise the dogs in. I admit I have been lax on sending pictures but have been trying to get more consistent with it :) we have a sliding door in the home that opens directly into the yard so they can come and go as much as they want or just lay on the couch all day. I am home most of the time typically going out for about an hour 1-2 times a week.
