Dog-loving Montauk family home!
I love dogs and cannot wait to treat your pup as my own! I not only grew up in a multi-dog household and ran a pet-sitting business during summers home from college...but also during my adult life have had 3 dogs of my own over a 12-year timespan: 2 pugs and 1 german-shorthaired pointer / lab mix. All 3 dogs had special needs and a ton of energy so I completely understand the importance of regular meal times, lots of hydration, outside time, long daily walks in nature or on the beach and... endless cuddles and attention. Myself, husband and 3 kids are HUGE dog lovers and miss having a pup of our own...which is why we are so excited about the opportunity to spend quality time with your dog and treat them as our own, either for a daily walk or while you are away on vacation.

We were so lucky to find Sara on Rover! She is super professional made us feel immediately at ease to travel without worry. Sara sent us daily updates with pictures of our frenchie, Coconut. We could tell by the pictures that Coconut was very happy and comfortable. Sara took her outside often to enjoy her yard and the sunshine. She took her for walks with her children who also gave her lots of attention and love. Coconut had an amazing vacation at Sara's house! We look forward to planning our next trip knowing that Coconut will have the best care.
Our dogs stay with Sara was so fantastic! They have a great setup at their house and were so kind and flexible. He was excited to stay and loved playing with the kids. She sent great updates and kept our mind at ease during his stay. Thank you so much!!
Sara was great and my dogs had a great day- we had never left them before and they had no trouble leaving us and making themselves at home at Sara's. Highly recommend.
Sara has a beautiful family and home. Very loving for our Lila and provided excellent home care. Lots of walks, exercise and fun! We will always use Sara when visiting Montauk

Sara is the perfect person to help out with your pup! Who wouldn’t want a “Super Mom” to take care of your pet? She has extensive experience owning multiple dogs throughout her lifetime and she would gladly accept the responsibility of watching your puppers for however long you may need. Caring, patient and attentive, Sara provides loads of love to make your dogs experience more like an adoption rather than a simple “dog-sit”. No doubt when you get back your four-legged friend from her house they’ll hope you go on vacation again as soon as possible. Be prepared to meet your future go-to dog sitter when you book Sara!

I have a very flexible schedule and am only away from home for 1-2 hours at a time. Your dog will have plenty of outside time and if staying overnight, will have at least 3 walks per day (morning, afternoon and evening).

Our home has a fully fenced yard and your dog will have in & out access as needed for quick potty breaks. Your dog will have plenty of outside time and if staying overnight, will have at least 3 walks per day (morning, afternoon and evening). We love exploring all of the nature that Montauk has to offer and would take your dog on leashed hikes through the woods and walks on the beach. We do have 3 young children (8 yr old, 7 yr old, 2 yr old); however my kids grew up with 2 dogs and loooooove animals!

Your dog will have lots of attention and outdoor time during the day - frequent potty breaks and walks around the neighborhood. I also love taking dogs on outings to the beach and on short hikes through the woods (on leash of course!)
