Someone who truly loves animals
I’ve grown up with dogs all my life and have experience caring for dogs of many different sizes and breeds. Being around animals has always come naturally to me, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I’ve regularly looked after friends’ and family members’ dogs, whether that’s taking them for walks, popping in to keep them company, feeding them, or giving them plenty of love and attention. I understand how important it is for dogs to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, and I always treat them as if they were my own.

Sara looked after Maya for just over 12 hours, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. Maya was a little slow to settle at first as it was a new experience, but Sara’s calm and reassuring approach had her feeling comfortable in no time. From the start, Sara was friendly, reliable, and clearly experienced with dogs, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. She kept me updated throughout the day, and it was clear Maya was comfortable, well looked after, and getting plenty of attention. When I returned, Maya was relaxed and happy — always the best sign! I’d absolutely recommend Sara to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.
We left our dog Bella with Sara and her partner overnight, and they were absolutely brilliant. Communication was excellent with regular photo and video updates, which we really appreciated. They took Bella for walks, spent time playing with her in the park, and were very thoughtful in asking about any rules or routines they should follow. It gave us real peace of mind knowing Bella was in such good hands, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away without any worries. Thank you so much Sara! 😊
I can’t recommend Sara highly enough. She is one of the most caring, reliable, and trustworthy people I know, and our pets absolutely love her. Sara has regularly walked and provided day care for my dogs over the years, including a Vizsla from puppy to adult, a sheepdog puppy, and a Jack Russell. She has always been amazing with them, and they genuinely adore her. She has also looked after my dogs while I’ve been away on holiday, and I never once felt uneasy or worried. I had complete peace of mind knowing they were in such safe, capable hands. Sara has a natural connection with pets and treats every animal as if it were her own. She is attentive to each pet’s individual needs, whether that’s sticking to feeding routines, making sure they get plenty of exercise, or just giving them lots of love and attention. She’s also extremely responsible and communicative, so you can feel completely at ease knowing your pet is in safe hands. Whether it’s a quick walk or overnight care, she goes above and beyond to make sure pets are happy, comfortable, and well looked after. If you’re looking for someone dependable and genuinely passionate about animals, Sara is the perfect choice.

Sara is BRILLIANT! She is incredible with my beagle and miniature dachshund and they get so excited to see her, she regularly comes to play with them, walk them and cuddle them. Sara is very reliable and has a true love for animals. Sara also looked after my grandmothers French bulldog and Hugo always loved an afternoon trip out with her, Sara was also brilliant with guiding us through Hugo’s death. It is obvious that she truly cares for our pets as though they are her own, and they love her like family! I couldn’t praise her enough, she has become part of our family through looking after our fur babies.

Schedule
I work full time as a theatre practitioner, so my weekly schedule can vary slightly. I’m generally available for evening dog walks most nights, depending on the surgery list for that week. These schedules are released months in advance, so I’m always able to give plenty of notice and communicate availability clearly. I’m available for boarding on Fridays and Saturdays. I live with my partner, and we are both huge dog lovers who enjoy spending time outdoors. Your dog would be welcomed into a calm, loving home with plenty of fresh air and attention.

I’m always happy to provide regular updates and photos, so you can feel fully reassured while your dog is in my care. I believe strongly that owners know their dogs best, so I will always follow your instructions, routines, and preferences closely. At the same time, I pay close attention to your dog’s body language and comfort levels, ensuring their boundaries are respected and they feel safe, relaxed, and secure. I live in a flat with access to a shared, unfenced garden. Your dog’s safety is always my highest priority in this space, and they will only use it under appropriate supervision and in line with your wishes. Inside my home, your dog is welcome to roam and settle wherever they feel most comfortable. I’m lucky to live near plenty of beautiful walking routes, and there’s also a dog park just up the road if you’re happy for your dog to socialise there. I have treats and some toys available, and of course your dog is welcome to bring their own familiar items from home. For first-time bookings, I like to take the time to understand your dog’s routine, personality, and individual needs. I’m very happy to arrange a meet and greet beforehand, so both you and your dog can feel comfortable and confident. During a first booking, I follow your instructions closely and keep things familiar and low-stress for your dog. My priority is making sure your dog feels safe, settled, and cared for from the very start.
