Animals are my kind of people!
My family always had at least one cat when I was growing up. We've had dogs and cats (plus rats and hamsters), young and old, some with special dietary or medical needs (ie subcutaneous fluids for kidney failure, arthritis). Friends rely on me for house-sitting, knowing their pets will be safe and happy in my care. I have experience socializing and caring for cats and kittens as a volunteer with Love Your Feral Felines rescue organization in California. I've also done equine therapy, and love being around horses! I love to meet new animals and am sensitive to their personalities and behaviors, so we become fast friends!

I'm eager to to give your pets the care they're used to, following routines they're comfortable with. My goal is to make my visits to your home as smooth and stress-free as possible for everyone. We love Sara and so do the pups! She is our #1 go to person to care for all our fur babies and our home. She is incredibly thoughtful and listens to what is needed and takes wonderful care of everything! We trust her fully and know that she is 100% reliable. We know when we go away, we never have to worry about a thing! Sara is the absolute best!!!!
Very flexible and awesome with the dogs
Once again Sara has gone above and beyond in caring for our cavapoo, Lulu, in our home. Lulu had some digestive troubles which made the fur around her rump a total mess. Sara treated Lu like her own, giving her a bath so she felt fresh and clean. (This is not part of Sara's usual service.) Sara provided daily updates as usual. When she saw some strange seeds in Lulu's blanket, she let me know right away and asked for instruction as to what to do, even offering to take her to the vet (which was not necessary, thank God). Her wonderful care of Lulu allowed us to enjoy a special cruise vacation! We will be using Sara again in a few months when we travel to Spain. Lulu gets to happy to see Sara, licking her face and covering her with kisses! Thanks for all you do, Sara!!
Sara is the best! I wish I could rate her with more than 5 stars. She house sat and cared for our Boston Terrier and two cats while we were away for the weekend. I don’t think they missed us at all! We’ve booked her again for our upcoming week long trip this spring.
The absolute best there is!
