We are Sara & Frans, a couple in our mid-40s living next to St Ann’s Wells Gardens and the seafront in Hove. We love having dogs around and enjoy providing a calm, safe, and happy environment for them. We offer doggy day care and overnight boarding, with lots of love, attention, and walks. I work from home and Frans gets home by 4 pm, so your dog will never be short of company. Our home has a private, fully fenced garden—perfect for safe outdoor play—and we’re ideally located for walks in the park or along the seafront. We both have plenty of experience with dogs. Frans grew up around pedigree Labradors, as his parents were breeders, and we recently said goodbye to our own much-loved dog, so we truly understand how important consistent, caring attention is. We’re also trained in Dog First Aid for added peace of mind, and we speak English, Spanish, and French. We’re happy to tailor care to your dog’s individual needs, ensuring they feel relaxed, comfortable, and well looked after while you’re away.

Sara and her husband gave our dog the most wonderful home-from-home while we were away on holiday for two weeks. From the moment we met them, it was obvious how much they genuinely love dogs, and we knew straight away that Gwen would be in the best possible hands. They showered her with love, care and attention, treating her like one of their own. Gwen had an amazing time with them, and she genuinely missed them when she came home! We couldn’t have asked for better people to look after such an important member of our family. We can’t recommend Sara and her husband highly enough, and we’ll definitely be booking with them again.
Sara and Franz are very kind, caring, sweet souls. We left our dog, Fig, in very safe hands. She was extremely comfortable right from the start and didn’t want to leave…she was a very happy dog when we picked her up (which isn’t normally the case). Sara’s place is very neat, tidy and dog friendly with lots of space and a garden. I’d highly recommend them and will be booking them again very soon.
What a lovely couple Sara and Fran are. They looked after Poppy so well for us. I would definitely ask them again.
We couldn’t recommend Sara and Frans enough! They were so lovely and welcoming, and took amazing care of our sausage dog while we were away. We loved receiving regular updates and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind. We’d definitely use them again. Thank you so much! 🐾

Schedule
I work from home with flexibility to change the schedule, and Frans finish work at 4pm. We both free during weekends for boarding or long stays
