As a kid, I grew up with multiple dogs and helped care for them from puppyhood! I even put flyers around my neighborhood advertising for dog care and sitting services at the age of 13. I thoroughly enjoyed it and had a knack for it early on, landing myself some repeat customers like Max the Mastif, Tumbles the Sheepdog, and Eddie the Chihuahua! I love dogs of all shapes and sizes and can help with training as needed...along with regular walking, cuddling, and playing!

She was absolutely amazing!
We left our pup with Sara for 3 nights and found her to be very responsive and communicative. She sent a photo and update daily and we felt that our pup was in great hands. We look forward to using her services again!

Schedule
My husband and I both work from home. It's no problem to let the dogs out to run around our fenced yard, and we like to fit regular walks in throughout the day to get some fresh air and change up the scenery. We typically stay home and cook dinner on weeknights. On weekends we have occasional social plans but not usually anything that would keep us away from home for long periods. Please note that we do have a son, who was born in 2024. He loves our Rover friends!

I have a 2,000 square foot open concept home with plenty of open space for run & play! I also have a fenced back yard for potty (and play) purposes. I do have my own dog, Benji, a 25 lb mini bernedoodle who likes to meet new friends 😄
Pets
A typical day
A typical day includes an energizing wake up, exercise followed by breakfast (and coffee for me). I set the dogs up for success by setting out toys snd keeping them in my eyesight as I work. When i'm ready for a break, it's go time for the dogs - play time and walk time. The afternoon is essentially a repeat - toys, work, and another short walk. Once the evening hits we like to relax outside on our back porch and let the dogs run around or snooze next to us and wind down for the night.
