I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for walks and drop-ins, so I can easily work around your pet’s routine. While I do have a dog at home, I always attend visits solo, so your pet always has my full attention and care.

My name is Sara, and I’ve spent the last five years working hands-on with dogs and cats, including four years in animal rescue. I’ve worked with pets of all sizes, ages, and personalities–whether that means energetic walks, gentle handling, or helping shy pets feel safe. I’ve had pets my whole life, and I recently adopted my dog, Sugaree, who is pretty anxious. Helping her gain confidence has given me even more patience and understanding when working with nervous dogs. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for–whatever that looks like for them.

Sara was great with our large and dog-reactive dog. I would highly recommend her!
Sara was wonderful with our cats Clyde and Woody! Although she had only took care of them over a year ago, she remembered key details of their characters which attests to the care and attention she places upon our pets. She sent us amazing photos of them while we were traveling which were so appreciated. We loved Sara's careful attention to our animals and we'll definitely recommend her to others!

If you are looking for a person to care for your pets who is kind, responsible, and knows how to properly take care of them, look no further have known Sara for about 5 years as she worked at our local animal shelter. I had knee replacement surgery in May of 2020, and Sara was a huge help as she walked my 2 dogs for me during my recovery. My dogs adore her and I knew they were in very capable and loving hands. Sara is a lovely person and is very dependable and trustworthy.
