I currently have a part time job that allows me to have weekends off. It also allows me to have afternoons off to dog sit, drop in, or dog walk when needed.

At a pet owners place I will keep the dog safe by following the owners rules, keeping gates/doors closed. When on walks, I prefer to keep the dog on leash however, if proven, I’ll let the dog off leash ONLY if trained and proven trustworthy.

For me it’s very important to know their behaviours around humans, children, and other dogs. That way I know how to react and/or avoid if needed. Another important thing to know is how they are trained. Each dog parent follow different rules and regulations when training their dogs. Personally I find that crucial to know so I can keep up that training.
A typical day
Other than cuddles and hugs. I really do enjoy spending time outside with the dogs. Either walking, running or playing fetch. For rainy or cold days, playing hide and seek in the home is always a fun way to keep them active.

Growing up we always had a dog in the house. When old enough I started dog walking and sitting family and friends dogs. I have train our own family dogs but I have cared for numerous dogs, young and old.
