Our routine: My dog gets two walks a day, 7am-ish and 4pm-ish, and an early afternoon break to get out of the house and get moving. We take nice slow relaxing walks (Bubs is a senior), so everyone get's plenty of time to take in the smells.

Information Sara J. would like to know about your pet
I would definitely like to know about your dog before sitting. It is important to get an idea of his/her daily routine and any behavioral quirks, etc. As long as your dog can tolerate other dogs, we are happy to have 'em. Unfortunately, my landlord will not allow certain dog breeds, e.g. Pit Bulls and Rottweilers, etc. Which is a total bummer.
A typical day
Walks, park trips, fetch in the dog run, couch surfing movie nights. Sometimes we check out the small dog run at ocean beach or find some nature to hike.

Pet care experience
I live in an apartment in Pacific Heights with my shih-tzu-poodle pup Bubba. Both Bubba and I are used to having other pups around as I fostered dogs for two years and started sitting on Rover in June 2014. Fostering has given me experience with more difficult dogs as well as senior dogs. Staying at our home means lots of attention with regular walks and trips to the park. I can also keep you up to date with puppy pics and videos, as well as daily check-ins. If you have questions or want to learn more please message me. Thanks! Sara Why I love dog sitting I grew up with dogs, but I adopted my first dog in 2002. I found and adopted my dear sweet Bubba in 2010, and after some training classes and lots of work on socialization, he has come out of his shell and has grown into a well adjusted friendly pup who loves other dogs and people. Both Bubs and I love having visitors that bring new energy and new personalities to our home. Meet my pets Bubba Shih-poo Male Neutered Dog and people friendly House trained Love able *Old pro at having visitors, and nothing makes him happier than a sleep over* About my yard No yards, but just blocks away from Alta Plaza and Lafayette parks.

Sara took great care of our pup Cooper! He came back home very tired and content. She sent lots of pictures each day which we appreciated and took time learn about him. It really helped us to relax to know Cooper was in good hands. I’d definitely recommend Sara for anyone looking for a kind, knowledgable, and attentive sitter.

Sara is an excellent sitter who takes extra special care of my elderly dog, making sure he gets his medicines and eats his meals. I appreciate all the love she's shown him and trust that he'll be in great hands when he's with her.

Sara was absolutely amazing and attentive to my pet and was able to be flexible and thoughtful to my dog’s’ specific needs. I would recommend Sara!

Sara always takes wonderful care of our aging pup!
