In My Home: When pets stay with me, they become part of the family. I offer a calm, crate free environment (unless otherwise requested), with lots of one on one attention, playtime, and cozy spots to relax. I stick closely to their normal routines: from feeding times to favorite toys so they feel safe and at ease. In Your Home: When I care for pets in their own home, I aim to keep everything as familiar and stress free as possible. I follow your instructions closely and keep their schedule consistent: feeding, walks, playtime, and quiet time, just the way they’re used to. I respect your space, keep things tidy, and make sure your pet feels secure and cared for while you’re away. I also send regular updates so you’re never out of the loop.

To give your pet the best care possible, it’s helpful to know their daily routine, energy level, any quirks or triggers, and how they typically behave around new people or animals. Please share any medical needs, allergies, medications, or mobility issues. I also like to know their favorite toys, treats, or calming techniques..anything that helps them feel safe and happy. The more I know, the better I can tailor their care and keep them comfortable while you’re away!
A typical day
A typical day with your pet is filled with love, play, and plenty of tail wags (or purrs)! I tailor each day to your pet’s personality and energy level. We might start with a neighborhood walk. If your pet loves cuddles, there will be plenty of cozy downtime and belly rubs. For more energetic pets, we’ll do enrichment activities like tug of war, puzzle toys, or training games to keep them mentally and physically engaged. I also make sure we stick to their usual routines, mealtimes, and any care instructions you provide..consistency is key! Every day ends with a happy, well cared for pet and plenty of photo updates for you.

Sarah is the best! She always provides thorough updates and great pictures on each of her visits. We’ve used Sarah a few times while out of town and know that our cats are getting the care and attention they need. I would 100% recommend!
Sarah was so professional and accommodating of our last-minute request. On our first check in, she asked lots of great questions to get a sense of how to best care for our cats. On her visits, she shared thorough updates and pictures (as well as videos!). We would certainly book Sarah again and recommend her to others!
I’m so glad I booked Sara to watch my cat while I was away! Everything went smoothly and she was very thorough with keeping me updated throughout the week. I loved seeing pictures of my cat every morning. She also spent lots of time each visit playing and socializing with my kitty, so she was never lonely. Most importantly, my cat loved her! Highly recommend.
