About Me: Hello! My name is Sara. My education is in Biology and I am about to begin a masters degree in Fish, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology at CSU. I have worked with animals big and small; dogs, cats, horses, goats, sheep, and hedgehogs! I have worked in vet clinics, barns, and even a herding dog training facility. Most of my knowledge about dog behavior and training however comes from my family who has fostered and rehabilitated big dogs since I was very young. Watching dogs come into my home scared and working with them to turn them into some of the most incredible dogs I've met has been a great joy in my life. I absolutely love caring for animals, especially training dogs. Along with care services, I am more than happy to work with you and your dog on any behavioral things you may need! When you book with me, you can expect excellent care. I will spend as much time with them as I can and give lots of love. I also love to roller-skate with some of my clients dogs if both dog and owner think its a Booking An Appointment: Call(leave a message with your name and number) or text me and I will get back to you within a few hours. Sara was absolutely wonderful! Our two dogs warmed up to her quickly, she sent pics of hiking with them during our trip, and kept us informed how they were doing. Sara is knowledgeable with different breeds and has a strong background in dog behavior. Sara stayed in our home and our dogs were able to stay in their own environment. We were comfortable on our trip because Sara is trustworthy so we knew our dogs and home were cared for. We already plan to book Sara again for upcoming trips!

I have known Sara as the success story for an entire litter of pups that she fostered, as the person who would gladly dedicate an entire outdoor excursion to bring the adventurous dogs on a hike with her, and as the care-giver who will play all day before taking a cat-naps alongside the kittens/cats in her care. Schedule
Most of my work recently has been online. I occasionally need to go into the lab or out to do fieldwork but that will not be frequent for another month or so.

Safety, trust & environment
When I walk into your home I will typically ignore your pet for a few minutes until they calm down and can sniff me out a bit. Then we usually do some tricks and then straight out for a walk or run! This routine seems to work well for all the animals I meet and we are able to build a routine and trust right away!
A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs physically and mentally. We will do lots of little training sessions and games with treats. I will also talk your pup on at least two walks per day. These are usually at least a 30 minutes walk, run, skate, or hike! I will always check with you before taking your dog out of your neighborhood for hikes!
