Pet care experience
I am so grateful to be a full-time (insured) pet sitter with flexibility to be with your pets during the day and night. I have been a pet owner and lover all my life. I am active and engaging with your pet and happy to snuggle, play, and care for your dog or cat. As a pet owner and Rover user myself, I know how important it is to get to the job on time, provide updates and photos throughout the day, and to keep your pet safe. Since this is my full-time job, I can stay overnight to make sure your pets will be comfortable in their own home. For Boarding: at this time, I am only able to take dogs that are comfortable with other dogs and are low/medium energy as my backyard is not fenced. I am happy to take dogs that enjoys long walks but I live on busy road so they must be able to travel in my car to go on an outdoor adventure. I would check with the owner before, but I think it's great for a dog to explore new neighborhoods (and smells), and feel like they are always on an adventure. With cats, I can play and give treats! am the dog mom of a sweet shepherd mix dog named Penny and treat all of my clients like my own. I am so excited about meeting some new adorable furry friends. Sara was absolutely lovely! She was very comfortable with my dog immediately, asked great questions, was very thorough in her approach to caring for my dog along with providing updates while I was away. We genuinely felt at ease on our first trip away since moving to CT knowing she was caring for our dog. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone for pet care.

Would be great to know how social they are before hand and how active. Any medication or special considerations? I have experience with reactive dogs so would be good to know if your dog or cat has any triggers.
A typical day
I would make sure to check with the owner to see what the dog and cat is comfortable doing. Depending on the answer, I think long walks in parks, hikes, and playing with toys are great activities for dogs.
