Information Sara F. would like to know about your pet
Before watching your pet, I like to know any important details to make sure they’re comfortable and safe! Things like their daily routine, favorite toys, any allergies, medical needs, or if they have quirks like being nervous around other dogs or loud noises really help. I also like to know if they’re crate trained, how they do on a leash, and what commands they know. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can care for them like they’re my own!
A typical day
When I dog sit, I make sure your pup feels right at home and has the best time while you’re away! I love playing fetch, tug of war, and setting up little games inside to keep them entertained. If they’re full of energy, we’ll have play sessions to burn it off, and if they’re more chill, I’m all about cuddle time and belly rubs. I also like to use treats for fun training or trick practice to keep their mind active. Whether we’re playing, relaxing, or just hanging out, your dog will get plenty of love and attention with me!

I know a couple of people that have used,worked at Rover or used to work for them, and I'm so glad I chose them. Easy to download the app, pick who you would hopefully be a good fit, etc ...and they come to your house for a meet and greet which is a plus for both the clients and sitter's. I was hesitant because we adopted both dogs, one just in Feb and they are a handful together, but Sara was an excellent sitter knowing how nervous I was to leave for 4 days; she texted me back, sent me pictures and made sure I knew they were doing good and that they were getting along. I highly recommend Rover and of course Sara. I worked with the elderly and with special needs children so I know how important it is to trust and be trusted with someone coming into your home and feeling comfortable and appreciate. Sara went above and beyond to make sure I knew my dogs were safe and being taken care of.
Sara did a great job taking care of Mika all week! She showed up on time and was super responsive. We were really happy with her help!

I recently had Sara come over to meet with my dog. It was obvious she is an animal person right away. She asked a lot of questions and wanted to make sure my dog would be well cared for. A last minute schedule change by me but she was able to do two 1-hour drop-in visits. She kept me in the loop on arrival, sent pictures of my smiling dog, a summary of how the visit went, and then when she was leaving. She did a fantastic job. Very trustworthy and I definitely plan on hiring her again to pet sit.
