Sara was great with my dog over 7 days, very detailed updates and multiple photos, highly recommended!
Sara is very prompt and shows up on time. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed she was engaging with my dog most of the time, giving her lots of attention. I don’t want to be watching over someone like that. However, I decided to check my ring camera today and was extremely disappointed to find that she sat on her phone the majority of the time and might have given her 1 minute of full attention of the 30 minutes. She engaged with her a bit, but not much at all. Maybe this was a one off and this isn’t normal, but I don’t want to feel the need to check if she is really engaging with my dog. That’s why I am giving her 3 stars and this isn’t a common occurrence. I was very disappointed to say the least. I hope no one has to feel this way when she is hired.
Sara does super well with both my Cat and my Dog. She is attentive and super responsive. Highly recommend.
