I have been pet sitting since I was 12 years old and have experience with all different types of animals: dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, and small animals like chinchillas, hamsters and birds. In addition to pet sitting, I have a long work history in the vet field working as a veterinary assistant, so I am able to administer medications and work with senior dogs or dogs with disabilities. I also have extensive dog training experience from training pets in basic obedience to task trained service animals. I absolutely love animals, and love helping other families with their amazing pets.

Schedule
Dog training and boarding are my full time jobs, so I am always around to ensure your pets have the absolute best care. Meaning lots of play time, time outside, and tons of cuddles.

Safety, trust & environment
I myself have four very well behaved and friendly dogs at home, one being my medical alert service dog. I also have a dog room set up specifically for pups, where they can play or take a nap on huge dog bed. Ruffland Kennels are available for crating as well if your pet is crate trained. While our yard is not fenced, Dogs are always leashed or on a long line and supervised while outside. I also have a slat mill and dog pacer treadmill to provide plenty of exercise during inclement weather. I can also provide plenty of enrichment via puzzle toys, lick mats and kongs which is important for mental stimulation.

A typical day
I offer a wide variety of puzzle toys, lick mats, and other enrichment items if that’s what your dog likes. We also do daily walks around the neighborhood or use my dog pacer treadmill or slat mill during inclement weather.
