I’m a retired dentist and animal lover. I’ve recently lost my dog companion and would love to give the love and attention to a pet that needs to be away from its owners. My house is on a private, quiet lane very near a lake and have

I will try to make your pup as content as possible while here. Couch cuddles and bed sleeping are allowed. I’m happy to play with them on the floor or in the garden. I take the pups out every 2-3 hours for walks in the neighborhood or on or around the beach.

My only requirement is that your dog is house trained. Unless your pup likes the crate, I don’t require one. I’m good with meds, etc.

I do not work out of the house so your dog won’t be left alone. Throughout the day I like to vary the scenery with different walking options. I have various toys and will play if the dogs like to. I will bathe your dog if you’d like. I am happy to take the pups in the car. The times I go out, it’s never longer than 2-3 hours.

I have always had pets of all kinds, especially dogs. They are well loved and pampered with me as I want them to be comfortable, happy and healthy. I will do everything in my power to make your pup feel at home. I will take more than one dog if they are from the same family. I am retired, so I’m always at home and available.

Sara was wonderful with my puppy and young adult dogs, and very accommodating of my lazy Saturday schedule. The pups were happy and relaxed, and Sara had only nice things to say about them, when I came to get them from a day of doggie daycare and slept like rocks—clearly exhausted from a day of nonstop play in Sara’s yard. Would definitely recommend!
It was our first time boarding our dog and it could not have gone smoother. We had great communication with updates. We will most certainly use Sara again.
Our two boys (Golden Retrievers) were well cared for by Sara. They especially loved the freedom that comes with a secure fenced in yard. Their stay with Sara was more akin to an extended play date. Commnications were frequent and included phots/video.
My pup loves Sara! So much so that when I picked her up and she realized she’s coming back home with me, she ran back to Sara for a final good bye. This may sound small, but Sara is the only sitter she’s ever done that with. I can’t recommend Sara highly enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
