I understand that every household has different routines, but I firmly believe in treating animals with kindness, respect, and the attention they deserve. Because of this, I only take on clients who share a similar philosophy. While I respect that some families use kennels for safety or training, I do not believe in crating a dog for 6+ hours at a time without breaks, access to water, or time to stretch their legs. If this is your preferred approach, I may not be the right sitter for you. However, if you're looking for someone who will love and care for your pets as their own - prioritizing their well-being, companionship, and comfort - I'd love the opportunity to meet you and see if we're a great fit! I've been fortunate to share my life with dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and even ferrets - once caring for 10 ferrets at age 10! My experience juggling various responsibilities and animals has only grown over the years. Today, I share my home with 4 dogs, 2 cats, and 3 rabbits. One of my cherished dogs, Daisy, is diabetic and almost completely blind. Caring for her—administering insulin twice a day, managing diaper changes, and applying steroid drops—sparked my passion for helping pets with special needs. You can trust that no matter what care your pet requires, I’m fully prepared to handle medication routines and unique schedules with confidence and compassion. I’m a trustworthy, prompt, and attentive caregiver—the very person I’d trust with my own pets when I’m away. Isn’t that what we all desire for our furry family members? With a flexible schedule and a commitment to premium service, I offer personalized attention and thorough communication to ensure your pet’s well-being. Occasionally, my 6-year-old son may join me, while at other times I’ll be by myself. Please let me know if you have a preference or any specific requests regarding this arrangement. *To secure a reservation, an upfront payment is necessary. This policy ensures that your spot is reserved and guaranteed. I however do not receive payment until 3-4 days after the booking is complete. In the event that immediate payment is not feasible, it's important to be aware that the reservation may be subject to availability. Additionally, a 3 day cancellation policy applies to all services with the exception of dog-walking and drop-in visits, allowing for flexibility should your plans change.

I’ve been a pet sitter for several of my friends and family members through the years. Whether a day visit or an extended trip. I’m excited to get onto Rover and be given an opportunity to meet some awesome pets in my area. I also successfully completed the First Aid and CPR certification and have my certificate and card. I want you to know that your animals and home are safe and you can trust me. Whatever instructions you have for your pets and your home, I will abide by and fulfill.

Sara is our go to sitter year after year for her reliability, communication, and how well she treats our two Australian shepherds. Our boys simply cannot get enough of her and we can't imagine going away from home and our boys being left in someone else's care. We love you Sara!
Sara was great! I received a picture everyday of my pets, and she even offered to clean up the dog poop in the backyard since we'd be gone for 3 weeks. I'd definitely use her again, and recommend her.
I cannot say enough positive things about Sara and her husband. They go above and beyond to take care of our pets and our home. My dogs are probably sad to see us come home! Sara keeps us informed with photos and updates through the entire booking. She cares for our pets as if they were her own. Sara is the first and only sitter I reach out to when we go out of town, and I am so grateful we found her!
Sara was great with our two kitties. She sent pictures for every visit and we could see that the kitties were very happy with her too. Thanks Sara. We'll need you again soon.
It was a pleasure having Sara sit with our pets. I didn’t worry at all that they would be ignored while we were out of town. She makes sure each pet gets plenty of attention so they don’t miss their humans.
As always my pups enjoyed their visit with Sara. She goes above and beyond to make sure my dogs are happy, safe and have fun.

Schedule
I’m currently a stay at home mom to my 6 year old son. Rover is my job which makes my availability ideal for anyone looking for help. Anyone who needs the quick drop in visit to the client that needs me to spend more time.
