With my previous dog, I made sure she lived her life to the fullest. I took her on walks twice a day, to the dog park right next to the neighborhood but at a specific time. As she aged, of course I had to decrease walks or distance. We gave her medication through peanut butter. Last dog I dog sat, she had a leg injury, so I had to make sure she didn’t jump off the couch or do anything to stress her injuries. I always accommodate to what the owner wants for their pets and I loveee playing with the dogs. A previous roommate in San Diego had a malanois mix and I’d take her on mini hikes and spend a lot of time outside playing. Just making sure the pets are healthy, happy, and living their life to the fullest.
