I work from home on Mondays and Fridays and at the office Tues/Wed/Thurs from 8am-4pm. I am off on the weekends and evenings to spend all of my time at home with my dog guests. I live across the street from a park and many trails.

I just moved into a house with a spacious, fenced in yard for the dogs to play in.. I let them out as much as needed in addition to understanding the importance of leash walks. I typically take 1 or 2 walks per day and I also enjoy longer hikes for dogs that enjoy that. I understand the importance of giving lots of love and attention, while parents are away. My home is completely dog friendly, with soft blankets covering the furniture and beds. I pay special attention to medicine administration and special needs for your pups. I am happy to check-in and send pictures as much as you would like to hear from us while you are away. Safety is always my highest priority.

I like to know what your pets likes and dislikes are to make them most comfortable. Examples; are they afraid of thunder and fireworks? What are their familiar commands and routines? Feel free to bring favorite blankets, beds, toys and treats to make them feel most at home. Are they allowed treats, such as Milk Bones? Any emergency contacts and health information is required. Please communicate all medication and diet instructions.
A typical day
We wake up early with the sunrise for a quick bathroom break and have breakfast. Next is a walk in Foothills Park across the street. On the weekend, we go for leash hikes on some of my favorite trails on Green Mountain. After dinner, we typically wind down with an evening walk and snuggle in for the night.

Pet care experience
I grew up adopting senior dogs from shelters to ensure the last months of their lives were filled with love and comfort. I also enjoy caring for dogs of all breeds and ages. Boarding can stress them out and make them nervous, so I enjoy spoiling them with lots of walks in the park and letting them sleep in the bed. (If mom or dad are okay with that.) I have provided dog care services for a variety of clients in the Lakewood area for 10+ years.

Sara is amazing!!! We had a special request for her to drive our dog up to our wedding venue so we could take a photo with him and she did! Made our day getting to see him and we will cherish those pictures forever. She also sent me tons of pictures of him while she was watching him and he looked like he was having so much fun! We will definitely be booking with Sara again and we recommend her to everyone who needs a trusted sitter!
