Qen was a big help recently when my sister and I traveled to Hawaii for 10 days, leaving behind our cat, Yuzu, and our dog, BK. Yuzu and BK sometimes struggle to get along, especially when one is a bit stressed or there is a big change in routine, but Qen was very knowledgeable about different tactics to distract/ entertain and make sure each respected the other's boundaries while we were there. Yuzu has chronic constipation and she did a great job mixing his special food every day. Qen sent pictures of videos while playing with them or while walking BK and it was really appreciated, just to be able to visually see how the babies were. It looked like they barely missed us! Anyway, Qen was fantastic and very communicative. I'd definitely hire her again.
