I’ve pretty much had animals around me my whole life. We got our first dog when I was ten, then another a few years later. They have both since passed, which reminds you how apart of the family they become. We later brought home a Pitbull puppy, and I ended up doing most of his training and day-to-day care. Right now, I’m not ready to commit to a pet of my own, but I still miss having that presence - so helping other families take care of theirs feels like the perfect fit. I’ve looked after lots of friends’ and family members’ pets over the years - big dogs, little dogs, seniors, puppies, cats and even the random small pets like guinea pigs, hamsters, and fish. I’ve stayed overnight, checked in throughout the day, and helped with simple routines like feeding, walks, playtime, and keeping things calm and comfortable. I’m reliable, I take instructions seriously, and I really do treat people’s pets the way I’d want someone to treat mine - with attention, patience, and affection.
