It has been a very positive first experience with Şansel! I reached out to her ahead of a two and a half week summer holiday. She was very responsive, and kindly came to see us ahead of time so we could introduce her to Camomille and go through her routines. Camo immediately warmed up to her. During our trip, she sent lots of pictures and daily updates, which we found very helpful as we always miss Camo when we’re away. We came back to a sparkling clean and tidy flat, and a relaxed and purring Camomille. We will book Şansel again, and recommend her to other cat parents!
