Bibi and her family are very kind and sweet. They even surprised us by sending videos and pictures of celebrating Chewie’s birthday and that meant a lot to us. And Bibi always keeps me updated with messages, pictures and videos which are always appreciated. Highly, highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this sitter. Both Bibi and her husband are super caring and go out of their way to make sure that the dogs are safe and well cared for in their home. All of my instructions were followed, the communication was great and not only that, communication was instant. When I travel far away to India on my vacation, I was worried if my dogs would be okay since you feel concerned that you are so far away from your babies but I can assure you if you book with this sitter, she takes the time to reply right away and I really mean...right away. Plenty of photos and videos were sent and I was completely kept updated on my dog's well-being so that helped me a lot because it reduced my anxiety and concerns - just what any pet parent wants being far away from their babies. Another important aspect when I choose sitters is - will my dogs be kept clean just the same way they were given and I can assure you both of my dogs returned in very clean state and not only that, Bibi went out of her way to give bath to one of my dogs when she got a little bit dirty. I highly recommend this sitter and in fact, have booked her for my multiple upcoming trips. Trust me - you will not be disappointed. She, along with her family are super caring and sweet and very accommodating and most of all, the communication is excellent which is something that I place as number one priority when traveling away from my dogs.
