I care for pets when visiting clients homes by checking on their wellbeing first and foremost. Next I let them out to potty. I play with them, walk them and then feed them. Ensure they have fresh clean water and give meds if needed. I clean up any areas that might be soiled. Make sure pet dishes are cleaned before refilling if needed. I take pics to send to owners of their furbabies. I sit with the animals and give them treats if allowed and brush them. I check kennels and litter boxes and make sure they are clean. I double check everything before leaving to ensure all the furbabies are happy and safe before leaving and ensure doors are locked behind me.

A typical day
With dogs, I would play fetch. Rub bellies. Tugging with toy ropes. Scratch, pet and brush. Treats if allowed.(dietary) Supplied by pet parent. With cats rolling toy balls. Wiggle sticks or string toys made for cats. Pet and brush as well as giving treats if allowed. Supplied by pet parent.

I have taken care of animals since I was 10. I have had dogs and cats as pets. I have bathed, fed, walked, watered, administered meds and played with dogs and cats. Fur-babies love me because they know I am a teddy bear for those puppy dog eyes.

Sandy is Echo & Delgota's best friend. They actually waited for her to come at 4p.m. for the next 2 days after we returned home. We have no worries at all about the two cats when we leave home now, with Sandy as their caregiver, which means soooo very much to us. Thank you Sandy for the person you are, we all love you like family.
Sandy was hired for a full week to do drop ins for my girl Kitty and she was there everyday and on time. She spend the full 30 minutes with Kitty, some days even a little longer. She made sure Kitty had all her food and water she needed and she gave her lots of lovin and even got Kitty to play (she never plays anymore). I will absolutely hire Sandy in the future
When Sandy did a meet & greet with us, I knew she was the one! I could see her passion for the feline fur babies. And she held up to that for the sitting time we signed up for. Our 2, very spoiled, cats loved her, and the one rescue who hides from everyone, actually friended Sandy, much to our surprise, when we got those photos! We felt way less anxious being away when we got her photos of both of the girls. She sat in the cat room after her duties playing with them. Sandy, we so very much appreciate you & your kindness, and, both of the girls will look forward to having you watch over them again.
Her love and compassion for animals knows no bounds. She treats them with the same respect, care, and affection as she would any human, ensuring they receive the love they truly deserve.
