With Moe's heart condition, he now requires more care and attention, as well as more meds to be taken at strict times. Because of this, I am only available to check-in on or walk fur clients between the hours of 10:30am and 5:30pm. I also have regular clients daily so if you can be flexible with the time that I get to your fur baby, then I think that we could be a great match! :)

I take pet safety very seriously so I require that you please let me know if your pets have any allergies, if they get along with other dogs (if they're a canine and require walks), if they have triggers (i.e. skateboards, people with large hats/bags 😂, etc), if they resource guard (food, toys, etc), if they have any no-touch spots (belly, tail, etc), if there are signs of medical issues that they may have had in the past, and any other pertinent information you believe I should know. I want to make sure that your fur child will receive the best care and are safe at all times, so please don't hesitate to mention even the smallest detail.

Before accepting a dog into my home, I would need to know that your fur baby can be friendly with my small senior dog, Moe, who has a heart condition. Because of this, if your dog is very high energy, we cannot accept them into our home for the health of our baby. We hope you understand!
A typical day
Your dog will get to have many snuggles/leisurely hang-outs inside my home and go on fun walks together at one of the many parks located nearby my home.

Hello, my name is Sandra and I have more than 20 years of experience owning and caring for dogs of all sizes, sex, and breeds. I currently am a proud mother of a 14 year old 13 lb male poodle mix named Moe (also goes by Bean, Momo, & more). I am sure that your fur baby (canine or feline) and I will get along very well. I will treat your baby the way it deserves to be treated--with much love and affection :) My husband, Moe, and I live in a high rise in the Loop so we have access to Grant Park, the parks in Lakeshore East, the Lakefront, and the Riverwalk. That is to say, we have many nice walking paths to choose from! Your pet will be sure to love these walks as much as Moe does! As stated, Moe is a small senior dog, but he is also a welcoming and mellow boy. His calm demeanor has a way with encouraging and comforting nervous dogs to relax. I care for cats and dogs full time while also being a supportive partner to my husband and a doting mother to sweet Moe Boy :). Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. Sandra is the best. So great with our kitties and always goes above and beyond. Super attentive to them and just takes the greatest photos while she’s playing with them or feeding them. We’re so glad we’ve used her take care of our cats when away.
