Stay at home mom who loves dogs!
I am a stay at home mom with 2 school - aged boys. My kids love dogs almost as much as I do and are very good at helping out with them. I have been a dog owner for 30+ years and our dogs have always been treated like family, including having their own Christmas stockings. We adopted our sweet senior rottie mix, Roary, back in 2023 and our indoor/outdoor kitten, Biscuit, in 2025. I will only care for dogs in my home that get along with children, dogs, and cats so everyone will feel comfortable. If your dog plays well with others, (s)he will be treated as family! I work from home, so I spend the majority of my day at home. Your pet will not be alone for long, if at all. We live on 3 acres and while we don’t have a fenced yard, your pet will spend plenty of time outside (on a leash) and be walked around the yard every few hours.

This was one of the best experiences I have had while using rover. She regularly sent updates and pictures which was great to see. Her and her family took wonderful care of my dog, taking him on many walks, playing, and just relaxing. I cannot put into words how much peace of mind it provided and how sweet it was that they cared for my senior dog in all the perfect ways. Thank you so much!

Sandra did a great job with my dog. She was so good with him. They went for walkies. She fed him. They played with his favorite ball that probably takes a couple hours then he got to spend the night. She’s a very nice person and I highly recommend her for any pet needs I’ll definitely hire her again she does such a great job and she really loves dogs and I would give her five stars.
Sandy took great care of my girl! Daisy is kind of skittish around new people, but she seemed very comfortable with Sandy and her family when I picked her up. Will be using her services again.

Schedule
I currently work from home. I will be able to take your pet for multiple walks daily and attend to their needs consistently. Even though I work from home, my time is important. Last minute requests will have a $25 charge added to the booking.

Safety, trust & environment
I do not have a fenced yard, but I have a good amount of property and will walk your pup throughout the day. If they need more exercise, I do have a long lead I can put them on to play fetch or just run around. I do not allow the pups to be outside unsupervised or unleashed at any time.

We will play in the yard and go on walks around our property. They will get some activity in with my boys and be treated like family.
