30+Years Caring for Dogs with Heart
I’ve had dogs my entire life. They’ve always been at the center of my heart and home. Our last two, Pinky and Kika, lived long, happy lives (16 and 18 years), and caring for them taught us patience, attentiveness, and a deep appreciation for every stage of a dog’s life. I’m Pet CPR & First Aid certified and have experience caring for puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with special needs, including administering oral and injected medications when needed. We offer a calm, loving environment where dogs feel safe and truly cared for, always paying close attention to their routine, comfort, and emotional needs. Whether a dog is playful, shy, or a senior who needs extra gentleness, we treat each one as if they were our own.

Words can’t express how incredible Sandra and Jose were with Gizmo. I picked him up yesterday, and he honestly seemed a little sad that his mini-vacation with them had come to an end! 🫣 From our very first meet-and-greet through pickup, they were warm, welcoming, and transparent about their experience caring for dogs. They made me feel that Gizmo was genuinely loved and wanted, not simply being looked after as a responsibility. They went above and beyond in caring for him, asking if they could make him homemade organic sweet potatoes and even preparing him rice water when they saw he had an upset stomach. Their kindness and affection for Gizmo was evident in every update, message, and interaction I had with them. I found myself genuinely looking forward to their updates, whether it was a video of Jose earning his first kisses, or a picture of Sandra spending her mornings enjoying a coffee while playing fetch. It was clear that Gizmo was not only well cared for but truly loved. I feel so lucky to have found Sandra and Jose, and I will absolutely be reaching out to them again in the future. Sandra and Jose were great with Louie who seemed to have adjusted very quickly to them. They constantly sent photos of Louie and updated me daily. They also have a great space in their backyard for the dogs to play in which I thought was great. I highly recommend Sandra and Jose!
Sanra and Jose are caring and loving pet sitters. They had pets who lived for a very long time, up to 18 years old. I know when your dog(s) are at their home, they become a part of their family. Their home is equipped with all the pet stuff you need. They are attentive and make sure that the pets get the attention and care they need. They both genuinely love dogs and will treat your pet as if it were their own. If you want a loving and warm home when you are away, Sandra and Jose are your trusted rovers.
Sandra and Jose were excellent with my two girls - Ellie and Lucy. They were patient, kind, and attentive with them and they sent many updates regarding how they were getting along and settling in. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again for future stays.

Sandra & Jose are everything you could want in the people who you trust to watch your pet. I could tell from the photos that my pup felt safe, happy, and truly at home with this lovely couple. It kinda felt like he belongs with them, so I was happy to extend his stay. Communication was on point, lots of cute pupdates, and my dog came home as one should after a lovely vacation— relaxed and happy. Thank you both for your time & dedication. Schedule
My husband and I work together to provide a loving and attentive environment for every dog in our care. We focus on helping each dog feel safe, comfortable, and part of the family. Dogs receive plenty of attention, companionship, and care throughout the day.

Safety, trust & environment
Our home is thoughtfully set up for dogs, with a secure and comfortable backyard that’s easy to navigate. We also live just a short walk from a beautiful creek and nearby nature areas, perfect for calm, enriching walks. We officially host one dog (or one family of dogs) at a time for both boarding and daycare. On rare occasions, we may welcome a second dog from a different family, but only after checking with both families first and receiving everyone's approval. If either family prefers their pup to be our only guest, we completely respect that. This allows us to provide a calm, low-stress environment where every dog receives our full attention and personalized care.
A typical day
We always provide at least two walks per day, including one longer walk. Our days follow a relaxed but consistent routine. Mornings begin with a walk and breakfast, followed by a calm day with plenty of attention and companionship. In the afternoon, we head out for another 30–40 minute walk, and evenings are quiet and cozy at home, ending with a final potty break around 9:00 pm.
