Hello, I'm Sandra, and for as long as I can remember, I've loved animals. I respect and value all furry creatures, taking pride in the quality and care I provide to each pet that has been a part of my life. My commitment is to be the best choice for caring for your pet, regardless of the environment you prefer. Whether it's in the comfort of their home, my home, on exciting outdoor walks or more structured setting. My focus is always on providing love, security, and quality care to your faithful companion. I'm Colombian and a veterinarian in my country, specializing in Physical Therapy for Small Animals in Argentina, where I practiced for 6 years. I made the big decision to come to this beautiful country, and I'm currently learning the language with the goal of homologating my profession and one day practicing as a veterinarian here. I currently study four days a week in the mornings and dedicate the rest of my time to my Rover clients, including weekends. I'm a very responsible and dedicated person, adapting to the needs of each furry friend. With experience and solid knowledge in animal care, I can guarantee that your pet will be in the best hands, receiving the care and companionship they deserve while you're away. I treat each of these animals with the same love and care I would give to my own. I offer them a safe home where they can feel protected, fresh water always available, medication administration if necessary, exercise and walks if they are able, and a balanced diet according to their regimen. But most importantly, I provide them with unconditional love, hugs, playtime, and quality moments together, ensuring they feel loved and valued for the entire time they are in my care.

Sandra has been a wonderful sitter for Maxie. She cares for her like her own. And she was amazing to work with us when we experienced some travel delays. Maxie is always happy to go for a visit.

Sandra was great as usual! It’s been harder and harder to have friends and family watch Winston since he’s been on medication however I know that he is in good hands with Sandra. He gets excited to see her and runs right to her which tells me all I need to know about how she treats him. She sends videos and photos with updates regularly and I can relax on vacation knowing he is in good hands. Thank you again Sandra!
Sandra is incredible. She provided a warm, loving home for my baby when we were out of town. I’d recommend her to anyone and everyone. She provided daily photo and video updates and it was obvious my boy was happy and well loved while he was in her care.

This was our 2nd visit for our puppy with Sandra. She was great and kept us updated everyday with photos and videos and followed all of our instructions we left her. She treats our puppy like it’s her own and we will continue to use her again in the future. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter. 😃

Schedule
Caring for pets seamlessly fits into my daily and weekly routine. Currently, I study four days a week in the mornings, which allows me the flexibility to spend the rest of my time, including weekends, with your pet. This availability enables me to provide constant and quality attention to your faithful companion, adapting to their needs and ensuring they receive the care and love they deserve at all times.

In my pet care, whether in my home or the client's, I tailor my services according to the specific needs of each pet and owner. I live in an apartment with access to a communal dog area and a park in front of my building, where dogs can enjoy walks and outdoor activities. I respect the owner's preferences regarding where to take their dog for walks. Cats are welcomed with open arms, they can explore and play in a safe and enriching environment. I provide interactive toys and stimulating activities to keep them entertained and mentally active. Whether it's chasing laser pointers, playing with feather wands, or exploring, there's always something fun for them to do. Additionally, I ensure they have cozy spots to relax and feel secure. Furthermore, I have a no-restrictions policy in my home: animals are welcome in all spaces and can relax on sofas or beds as if they were in their own home. My love for animals is reflected in the dedicated attention I provide: I pamper them, hug them, and play with them as much as they desire, ensuring they feel loved and cared for. I always ensure they have fresh water available and am prepared to administer any medication or other needs that may arise, to ensure their well-being at all times. To me, each pet is part of my family and will be treated as such, with the love and care they deserve.
A typical day
I love taking care of pets and making it a lot of fun. I engage them in activities such as walks, ball games, and stimulate their minds with intelligence games; these are great for keeping the animals entertained and mentally active. We also enjoy exploring nature, spa days, and game parties. However, I always make sure to tailor these activities according to the age and health status of the pet I am caring for, always prioritizing their integrity and quality of life. It is important to me to ensure that the activities are safe and appropriate for each animal, thus ensuring a fun and healthy experience for all of us.
