I currently am working fully remote for the summer and available any time to care after your pet! Since I am in law school I spend most of my time on my laptop applying for scholarships. If you’re looking for someone who can be home with your pet for most of the day I am here for you! I usually just leave to go to the gym for an hour or if I have to grab groceries.

I love the outdoors and love going on runs! It’s always nice to have a running buddy. I also like to train dogs on new tricks on my spare time. I love Senior/ Older doggies:). I enjoy watching tv beside them and giving them the occasional pet ( unless they don’t like being pet. I totally understand! Doggies become grumps just like we do as we get older :)

💙Certified Veterinary Assistant💙
Pet care experience
Hey there! :D My name is Sandra. :) I used to have a super sweet pitbull named Oreo for about 9 years. He, unfortunately, passed away 10 years ago due to skin cancer. Rover allows me to enjoy the company of a dog that I miss from my sweet Oreo. I don’t have any pets and would love to help care for yours! I am a certified veterinary assistant. I also worked at Animal Medical Center on Camden for about 3 months. I loved every moment of that job! From assisting the veterinarian in giving vaccinations to providing medication and care to pets after their surgery. The reason I stopped working there is because I changed my major to Justice Studies. All my life I wanted to become a veterinarian but after taking a few biology courses I realized that it was a lot harder than I ever expected lol! Now, as a law school student, I’m looking to spend my spare time doing what I love, caring for dogs. With my background in veterinary care and my passion for animals, you can trust that your furry friends are in good hands. I am extra cautious with every dog that I care for and treat them as if they were my own. I make sure to never take the leash off of your dog whenever outside. For extra measure I make sure to cross the street whenever an on coming dog approaches on walks. I allow dogs to sniff as much as they’d like on walks :). Even if it takes 30 minutes to get around the block.

Reviews

Sandra is amazing! This was Bodie’s first time staying with someone not known to him and Sandra went above and beyond to make both him and me feel comforted! Bodie has Addison’s and I mentioned this to Sandra and on her own she researched it to better understand and learn more about my dog. This was huge to me and showed how big her heart is to care for others and their pups! Bodie is pretty high maintenance and she went once again above and beyond to give him his exercise and mental stimulation he needs. She provided incredible communication, amazing photo updates and I never once doubted Bodie was ok in her care. She treated Bodie and me like a family member and I am so happy that I found her! The first thought I had when I picked up Bodie to leave was I hope I get to use her services again! Each of us leave a special mark on this world and others and I’m so grateful that Sandra is now part of our story! I wish there were an option for 5 million stars! Thank you again Sandra from the bottom of my heart and Bodie’s too!!!

Sandra is amazing! My dog is a special girl with separation anxiety and she warmed up to Sandra so fast! Sandra sent a lot of pictures and updates which made me feel so comfortable and happy to know my dog was safe and happy with her. Sandra is such a sweet and caring person and I will definitely be booking her again.

I would absolutely recommend Sandra to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter. She truly treated Pluto like her own dog, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Sandra was amazing with my dog. She walked/ran with him every day and always kept him engaged. She even went as far as to bathe him. I can’t recommend her enough.
