First-Time Boarding, Exceptional Experience! This was my first time leaving my dog with someone other than family while traveling, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I submitted my request, Sandra responded quickly, walked me through the process, and immediately put me at ease. I felt comfortable and relieved when she accepted our booking. The day my daughter dropped off Nutmeg, she also felt completely at ease leaving both the country and Nutmeg in Sandra's care. Throughout the stay, Sandra sent photos and kept us updated, which gave us so much peace of mind. When Nutmeg came home, she was happy, relaxed, and settled right back in with her sibling dogs as if she had never been away. Thank you, Sandra!
