Hi, first of all: Alle nennen mich „Coco“, fühlt euch auch dazu eingeladen. 🙂 And: Also available in English. 😌 Over 16 years of dog experience and a big heart for dogs - from puppy to senior. 🫶🏻 Ich betreue Hunde bei mir zuhause in ruhiger Umgebung. Ich nehme bewusst maximal einen Hund gleichzeitig an, damit ich individuell auf ihn eingehen kann. Es leben weder Kinder noch andere Tiere im Haushalt. Ich habe 16 Jahre Erfahrung durch meine Hündin „Nala“. Sie ging im Sommer ’25 über die Regenbogenbrücke. 🌈 Ich kenne dadurch sowohl die Welpen- und Junghundzeit als auch das Leben mit älteren bzw. alten Hunden sehr gut. Sie hatte außerdem einen recht herausfordernden (aber tollen! ;) ) Charakter und Im Laufe der Jahre habe ich mir auch deswegen fundiertes Wissen im Umgang mit Hunden angeeignet (Bücher, Hundeschulen, Trainer im Bekanntenkreis und natürlich „trial and error“ :D). Im Familien- und Freundeskreis waren Hunde immer dabei und mitunter auch für längere Zeit in meiner Obhut. Ich kann sowohl mit ruhigen als auch mit lebhaften Charakteren umgehen. Bleibe z.B. auch in vermeintlich „stressigeren“ Situationen ruhig und bestimmt, sodass nahezu jede Situation sich am Ende entspannt auflöst. Durch meine langjährige Erfahrung mit einer alten Hündin ist auch das Verabreichen von Medikamente (oral, anal) kein Problem, sofern der Hund die Prozedur wenigstens schon ein bisschen kennt. Physio-Übungen sind bei Bedarf auch möglich. Größe oder Rasse sind für mich kein Thema – wichtig ist eher, dass man vorher offen miteinander spricht und schaut, ob es für alle passt. Was mir wichtig ist: - Dein Hund ist stubenrein. - Im Falle Senior: nicht inkontinent - Dein Hund beherrscht grundlegende Kommandos, wie „Sitz“, „Platz“, ggf. „Warte“/„Bleib“ (bei Welpen unterstütze ich gern das Training). - Dein Hund ist nicht massiv aggressiv anderen Hunden gegenüber (ein bisschen „zickig“ ist total okay und handlebar) - Dein Hund schlägt nicht extrem an bei Bewegung oder Geräuschen im Hausflur (ein kurzes „Bescheid geben“ ist kein Problem) Ich freue mich auf eure Kontaktaufnahme. 😊 ———- I take care of dogs at my home in a calm environment. I only take one dog at the same time, because I want to have enough time and attention for every dog. There are no children or other animals living in my home. I have 16 years of experience because of my dog Nala. She crossed the rainbow bridge in summer 2025. 🌈 Because of her, I know the puppy and young-dog phase, but also living with older and very old dogs. She also had a quite challenging, but really great ;) character. Over the years, I learned a lot about dogs because of this. I read books, visited dog schools and spoke with trainers in my circle of friends. And of course, there was also a lot of trial and error. :D Dogs were always part of my family and circle of friends, and sometimes I also took care of them for a longer time. I can handle calm dogs as well as lively dogs. Also in more stressful situations, I stay calm and clear, so that the situation normally becomes relaxed again. Because of my experience with an old dog, giving medication orally or rectally is also no problem for me, as long as the dog already knows the procedure a little bit. I can also do physiotherapy exercises if needed. The size or breed is not important for me. It is more important that we speak openly before and see if it is a good fit for everyone. What is important for me: - Your dog is house-trained. - If your dog is a senior, they should not be incontinent. - Your dog knows basic commands like “sit,” “down” and maybe “wait” or “stay.” With puppies, I am happy to support the training. - Your dog is not extremely aggressive towards other dogs. Being a little bit difficult or moody is totally okay and manageable. - Your dog does not bark extremely at movements or noises in the hallway. A short bark to let me know is no problem.
