My name is Sandra, I have always had dogs and cats at home. I am very good at reading behaviors and body language to maximize trust and experience. I am an animal whisper that allows animals to feel safe and secure with me, while having their own vacation which you are away. Worry free. I have been doing Rover for 5 years, but unfortunately the account was lost 😞 You will receive daily photographs of your pooch so you can feel relaxed and confident they are having as much fun as you are.

Sandra was awesome. We have a puppy and a 6 year old dog. The puppy is a LOT of energy, as you can imagine. She sent us daily pictures and videos & really tapped into each of their needs. Thank you, Sandra!
Unfortunately, we weren’t happy with our booking experience. Sandra rescheduled the drop-off time at the last minute because she forgot she had other plans. We had booked a boarding stay in advance, along with a daycare visit beforehand to help our pup get familiar. Daycare visit went fine and Sandra confirmed our upcoming boarding. However an hour later she canceled it, saying her dog was depressed because our pup stayed too close to her during day care. We had to cancel the boarding and find another sitter at the last minute. Then, 24 hours before the original boarding (which we had already canceled), she messaged again saying she wouldn’t be able to take our pup due to changing her plans. Last-minute cancellations and rescheduling are really stressful. Boarding should be a stable and well-planned experience and unfortunately that wasn’t the case here.
First time to leave Neigh with anyone and it went so well. Received updates and pictures so could feel assured throughout the day. Very easy drop off and pickup. Added bonus was Neigh made new friends and was very happy. Now have a trusted place for future
Sandra was a terrific sitter for our active Springer Spaniel Bailey. She was very responsive, communicative and sent us photos every day of his stay with her. She has a large fenced yard and her dog Bear is welcoming and gentle and Bailey got along with him great. We recommend Sandra highly!
Our dog's stay with Sandra was great! It was her first time away from us and she stayed with Sandra for 8 days. She is wonderful with animals -- very kind and treats them like her own pets. Summer loved playing in her yard and with all the other dogs.

Schedule
I am a retired dentist that is now pursuing my second career passion of being with animals. With being home 100% of the time it allows me to take your dog for adventure walks as well as fun ball or stick throwing in my large fenced In back yard. Playing and exercise daily is fun in snow, rain or sunshine, leaving your pooch happy, content and included. My neighbourhood is quiet and walks are fun and interesting with all the lovely smells left by other dogs. We venture into the woods and even go to a walkable local park and beach. Bear is always up for a swim and is a great leader and full of fun energy and curiosity.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and trust are everything, and begins at the meet and greet. This is am Important visit where your pooch can come and visit and check out our animal friendly home. We have a 10 foot fence of 200' X 70', including a large patio and woods in the very back. Ball throwing and just exploring the property is its own adventure. The animals are supervised when they go outside, as I allow them to come and go as wanted. At night I like to cuddle in bed with your dog or what is desired by the family or the dog. Bear my Golden Retriever loves small or large dogs. He is completely submissive and get along with all animals. I find that the dogs do not want to leave or when they do, they are exhausted from all the playtime and loving.

With being retired I am home 100% of the time and available for short bookings or emergencies. During the day is a wonderful time for an adventure through the neighborhood, to the beach or simply an adventure in the back yard.
