Based in the Navy Yard, Washington DC! Growing up in a multi dog household, I associate home life with having a pup nearby! We had a 90lb chocolate lab named Moka + a 9lb miniature red doxie named - Baguette! I’ve dealt with nearly every situation with dogs and always naturally with a smile & care. My wife & I lived in Boston the last 10 years, with no dogs! However our home was essentially a doggy day care as we hosted friends dogs what felt like every other week - we love it and I look forward to meeting you & caring for your furry friends too!

Sandor has taken care of both of our dogs over the years. One is an Australian Shepherd that is wildly smart with a lot of energy needing lots of physical exercise and stimulation. The other is a small Maltese Poodle that is much more relaxed but deserves just as much attention as the other. Sandor has been our number one choice for watching and caring for our pups! He’s flexible with schedule and very attentive to any specific requests or needs. Highly recommend!
Hands down the BEST rover and dog boarding experience I’ve ever had. Sandy was an excellent communicator and took amazing care of my dog. I got the perfect amount of updates and pictures of my dog enjoying her stay. Even more amazingly, my dog was beyond happy upon pick up and wasn’t anxious or high energy like she typically is. I HIGHLY recommend Sandy for any of your dog needs!!
I recently hired Sandor as a dog sitter for my two pups, Oliver and Charlie, and I couldn't be more impressed!!! From the moment we met, Sandor's genuine love for dogs was evident. He took the time to understand their personalities and routines, which set my mind at ease knowing they were in capable hands. His calming demeanor and clear communication made the entire process smooth, and it was reassuring to know he was fully committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for my dogs. Especially for sweet Charlie who suffers from bad anxiety and doesn’t typically do well with other people. He took them on daily walks, gave them frozen peanut butter lick pads and took SO many (very impressive) pictures for us. I highly recommend Sandor for anyone seeking a reliable and attentive dog sitter. His dedication to providing exceptional care is truly unmatched, and my pups will definitely become regulars.

My wife & I have a 2 year old black lab at home who loves hanging with other dogs, so staying with us means your dog will be well taken care of, and will leave with a new friend!

I have plenty of indoor space, and there is nothing more that I like than a good walk. Experience with crate training & usage as well! Happy to meet anyone where they are at in terms of how they care of their dogs!

A typical day
Talking a long walk til you need a solid nap is a great way to spend an afternoon. And then of a course a solid snack. Happy to work through any amounts of fetch and/or running as well!
