Samuel was professional, experienced and respectful. He accommodated my request for house sitting for 2 cats and 1 dog on short notice. He initiated a meet and greet, was attentive to detail, and kept my pets and home in a great condition. It was easy communicating with him. Highly recommended!

Our 3 dogs took to Sam immediately. He came by twice for meet and greets…just to make sure it was a great fit. He sent several updates and photos. I’d definitely use him again.

Everything was perfect. Sam kept me up to date, followed all my requests and my dogs were happy? healthy, relaxed and cared for. Couldn’t even tell I’d been gone, which is what we hope for, right?

Sam watched my dog several times with no issues. Sam moved into a new home and decided he could not accommodate Millie any longer, as she dug holes in his yard. Millie does dig, but Sam and his family were aware of this prior to continuing to accept Millie in their new home. I understand if digging was a problem. What I dont understand is why Sam cancelled daycare with Millie for the remainder of the week which was on a tuesday. Sam also canceled reservations to watch her through the thanksgiving holiday. Thanksgiving was on the 28 this year. Sam cancelled on the 26. This is such poor business and I would never recommend these folks to watch any of my friends or families animals in the future. Reliability matters, but not to Sam.

Sam has watched my dog so many times I started to forget to leave reviews. But on every stay with Samuel, she is always healthy and happy when I pick her up. Samual is also excellent about keeping in touch with updates and sending pictures of my pup relaxing and having a good time. When I go on on a trip, I think it is just as much of a vacation for her as for me. This is really her home away from home.
