A lot of the work I do from Saturday to Tuesday is online so I am able to work on a flexible timetable. I have occasional sports matches/training and I meet up with friends routinely, but I am not often unavailable for more than a few hours.

How I care for a pet depends on how the owner feels is best for their pet, but I like to spend time with the pet early on to make myself known to them and establish a bond which then helps either at the house or out on walks.

I like to know about feeding/walking routines, if there’s any detail about habits or behaviours I need to know, and how I can best entertain your dog. I am happy to come and meet the dog beforehand as well to introduce myself and ensure they are more comfortable with my presence.
A typical day
I am happy to cater to how each pet wants enjoyment as per the owners idea. I am happy to go and play in a park with a ball or toy, or give a lot of fuss and attention at home.

Pet care experience
I’ve spent my entire life around animals of all kinds, and I’ve had pets for as long as I can remember. I’ve looked after neighbours cats, I’ve looked after puppies and I’m always wanting to make friends with any animals I see. When I am at university, I miss my dog massively and take any chance I can to meet and play with pets.

Sam loves dogs, everywhere he goes he is always saying hi to any dogs he meets in the world. He is a very active person and always looking for a reason to get outside so dog walking is the perfect thing for him. I absolutely recommend him
Sam is a dog lover through and through - and my dog Ozzy loved him back equally!! He has been so good with him and his energy. Ozzy has always been so excited to see him as he knows he'll have a best friend while he is looking after him. Sam is responsible and good with time management so will feed and walk dogs on time and consistently. He is friendly and kind and regularly stops people to say hello to their dogs. Sam will be a great pet caregiver!!
