Pet care experience
Active pet care in the heart of Swansea
For services like Rover and Holidogs, my partner and I have been sitting for 3 years. I'm in the fortunate position of working from home as my "full" time job - so I started boarding dogs to keep myself company (it's not as sad as it sounds) I have my own furry friend, Arlo, who's coming up to 2 years old. He's incredibly social, super friendly with other dogs if they reciprocate his play - other wise he'll keep himself busy with a toy or my shoes. I'm home most everyday, and if not I live with my partner to cover any days absent. I usually go for walks in the morning and evenings with dogs. Less for the loafer fellows and for the hyperactive sheepdogs there's a large field I let Arlo off for a football pitch game of fetch. I'm experienced accommodating different attitudes of dogs, I'll work with whatever is presented.

We have just picked up our little Buddy from Samuel. He has had the best time! Thank you so much for looking after our pup so well. It was our first time leaving him with a non-family member and you instantly put us at ease as well as the videos and photo updates :) He is currently sleeping after all the walks and fun he had playing with your little dog too! Similar to the bio, my work is from home and casual, I have plenty of time throughout everyday to care for the dogs, and time in the morning and evenings to go for walks, play and chill out with some TV On days off I make it a mission to take my own pup somewhere we've never been with a bit of green - usually it's a waterfall or forest or nature reserve

Safety, trust & environment
Enclosed back yard for dookies and streams - there's no grass however, which is why I'm partial to more frequent but shorter walks. Upstairs is carpeted but dogs still welcome. Downstairs is laminate. If a dogs jumpy, we can remove all valuables and treats from high surfaces

A typical day
Walks at one or two of three slots - morning, afternoon break or evening. Any day off will be centred around an big walk to somewhere new or a local park
