I had an excellent experience with Samuel and would absolutely book again. He went above and beyond in every way. He was punctual, communicative, and consistently sent thoughtful updates and pictures, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. My dog can be a bit anxious and slow to warm up, but it was very clear she felt safe and comfortable with him. She even ate normally, which she typically doesn’t do when I’m gone, and that alone says a lot. He didn’t just complete the visits, he genuinely cared about her wellbeing. I came home to a happy, relaxed pup, and that means everything to me. Highly recommend.
