I’m fortunate to work from home with a flexible schedule, so you can be assured that your pet will have my full attention and care around the clock. Victoria Park is just a short five-minute walk from me, and we’re an active household that spends plenty of time outdoors. Toby and I visit Stormont Estate every evening, and our weekends are usually spent at the beach or exploring the Mourne Mountains - perfect adventures for any energetic pup!

We love spending time outdoors! Toby is full of energy, so you’ll often find us exploring the mountains, woods, or beach off-lead. That said, we also enjoy relaxing at home, making our household a great fit for any dog - whether they prefer adventure or a cozy day on the sofa.

Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Sam! I’ve always had a natural connection with animals. Growing up in South Africa gave me hands-on experience caring for a wide range of animals - from dogs and cats to horses. These days, I share my life with Toby, a 2-year-old Sprocker Spaniel, who has completely stolen my heart (and occasionally my sanity!). Toby’s high energy and separation anxiety have taught me patience, understanding, and how to support dogs with similar needs. I’m fully trained and certified in Pet First Aid and CPR, and I’m also fully insured for your peace of mind. In addition, I hold full SC security clearance through my work in the Defence sector - so you can trust your pets are in safe and responsible hands. As a Tractive ambassador, all dogs in my care wear GPS trackers during walks, ensuring their safety and giving owners extra reassurance every step of the way.

Ruby had a wonderful time staying with Samuel and his gorgeous spaniel, Toby. I received daily updates and pics of them out on adventures in nearby parks or chilling at home. It was the first time Ruby was away from home and I was delighted with the love and care she received from Samuel - and Toby. I can 100% recommend and will definitely be sending Ruby to stay again.
We used Sam’s services for the first time recently, and we couldn’t have been happier. When we dropped Alfie off, he immediately took to Sam, who welcomed him in such a calm and caring manner. Sam gave Alfie time to settle in and get his bearings around the house before we left, which made us feel very relaxed and reassured about leaving him. During Alfie’s stay, we received lots of updates and pictures from their daily walks, and it was clear that Alfie was very settled and happy in both Sam’s company and that of his dog, Toby. We would have absolutely no hesitation in booking Sam again and would highly recommend his services. We were extremely happy with the care Alfie received and felt confident that he was well looked after, comfortable, and happy throughout his stay.
Mabel had a great time with Samuel and Toby. Had lots of walks and really well looked after. Plenty of pictures and updates so knew she was settled and having fun
Samuel was amazing with our dog Murphy over Christmas. He brought him on so many fun walks and there were lots of updates to keep us reassured. So pleased with how much fun he had and would definitely use him again.
