Although I don’t currently have any pets of my own, I would love to own a dog someday. In the meantime, I’ve gained experience caring for several of my friends’ dogs. I’ve helped with many of their everyday needs, including taking them on walks, feeding them according to their owners’ instructions, showing them tons of affection such as belly rubs/kisses/playing with them, and cleaning up after them. 🐾 Taking care of different dogs has also given me an opportunity to become more comfortable with the responsibility and patience that comes with caring for dogs. I’ve learned that dogs can have different personalities, energy levels, routines, and needs. Whether it’s giving an energetic dog plenty of exercise, making sure a dog stays on its usual feeding schedule, or simply providing companionship and reassurance, I enjoy being attentive to what each dog needs. 🐶
